Elvish Yadav Case: Late on Saturday night, Noida Police of Uttar Pradesh received a news in which it was told that Elvish Yadav has been arrested from Kota, Rajasthan. Elvish Yadav, who was wanted by the Noida Police in Mumbai, was roaming comfortably in Kota.

This is the same Elvish Yadav who came into the limelight after becoming the winner of Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. But the story of how it reached the hands of the police is also very interesting. Actually, Elvish Yadav has been accused of having a rave party with snake venom. A case has also been registered against Elvish in Noida’s Kotwali Sector-49 under serious sections. He is also accused of being associated with a gang supplying snake venom.
Bigg Boss OTT season 2 winner Elvish Yadav is currently making headlines for the wrong reasons. It all started when jurist and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of delivering snake venom at rave events in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. However, Elvish has denied all the allegations against him and has now vowed to sue Maneka Gandhi for defamation. Elvish shared a video in which he criticised the politician for maligning his image in his recent vlog and claimed that the truth will come out soon.

Allegations against Elvish Yadav
A few days ago, Maneka Gandhi had demanded the arrest of Elvish Yadav after his name cropped up in an FIR for allegedly organising a rave party using snake and snake venom. In a viral video, he was also shown catching the snake and playing with it.
The change came after a complaint was filed by an official of People for Animals (PFA), stating that Elvish and other content makers were recording videos using snake and snake venom at farmhouses in Noida.
This is not the first time he has spoken openly about the case, earlier on Friday he had shared a video statement claiming that the allegations against him were baseless and devoid of evidence.
Meanwhile, Elvish was caught in Kota on Saturday, November 4 and taken for questioning. They were finally liberated.
